What Annoys You???..Comments funny but true!

Well, as an isolated incident, an old lady annoyed me the other morning where I work simply because I was walking down the mall floor (where I work) at 7:30 in the morning and she saw I worked there and asked me just when are the stores opening up? I told her at 8:00 am. She huffed and puffed and asked my if I knew it was Christmas shopping time. I told her yes I did and as someone who works in retail I love catering to her needs from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm this time of year. Unfortunately she missed the sarcasm in my voice.

lol... Can you tell I've had it with shoppers? Since we're normally open from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm the extended hours have a tendency to wear on me when it comes to thoughtless people. Personally I feel our normal hours are sufficient for them anyway.

I'm annoyed by people who say "me and..." I can half understand someone not understanding basic English enough to know the different uses of "me" and "I", but at least don't put either pronoun in front of any other names in the sentence.

Annoyance around here is people driving in winter. Either they drive way to fast for their own safety. That, or they drive so slow they are a danger to everyone else. Can't people figure out, Ice means slow down. No ice means it is perfectly fine. Tap your breaks to check for ice. Simple. Now learn to drive!
Another annoyance, but more in a cute way. My wiener dog thinks it is his personal right to walk in between my keyboard and I when I am typing.

Do you have all day? That's how long it would take me to describe it. No, really, in short, she is a control freak and she does NOT know how to be polite. She is a Snob with a capital "S." Her joy in life would be to control everyone and I mean everyone's, lives. I think that about summarizes it.

My annoying neighbor downstairs who slams the door so hard, that it shakes the whole building. And of course, it has to be at 4am.
Ugh.

^^^My next door neighbor's children run up and down the stairs at all hours of the night then her boyfriend gets into his car around 2am and plays his music sooooo loud that it echos around the neighborhood... so I know how you feel

stupid drivers!
Luckily for the past 5 years I've had the pleasure of running my biz from home. So I don't have to be in rush hour traffic.
Still, when I do go out, there is usually some poor driver that you have to watch out for.

How about those drivers that are in such a hurry they pass you even when you're going the speed limit and it's a two lane highway? That happens to me a lot. I got passed by a semi, for crying out loud! What was that maniac thinking?

Not being able to speak with a human being when calling a company. Having to follow *press 1 if...*press 3 if...now *press 2 if...and so on. Drives me nuts...especially when none of their categories match what I really need!

That doesn't always work. One time I tried that and I got a message about how it was an unrecognized command or something like that.
(Come to think of it, I think it was computer tech support. Another annoyance.)

Well, holiday related annoyance: The super sappy Christmas specials where the bad guy is converted to niceness by the pure thoughts of some cute little kid and the 'true meaning of Christmas' is said to be this sort of gooey love and generosity.
Christmas is a Christian holiday. The true meaning is how Christ humbled himself to be born as a human being, walk the earth for 33 years and then die for our sins. **THAT'S** the true meaning of Christmas.

I know people might think I'm a Grinch but I live in new York and i'm always annoyed by Macy's Christmas window. I just don't like it when the people block the side walks like mindless drones just to look at that cheesy window display.

People in public places having private cell phone conversations at loud volumes.
Over Thanksgiving in the airport I was trying to read, but all of us in the surrounding area heard all about a girl's teeth whitening procedure and the tooth sensitivity she was having.
I narrowly resisted going to the airport shop and returning with a tube of Sensodyne for her, just to get her to stop.

I agree with you. I was enjoying some peace and quiet in my front yard the other day when I hear this booming voice from 4 houses away having a chat on the mobile phone. I was like dude no need to shout the phone is less that an inch from your mouth.
Also, in relation to this I find it downright rude when people in supermarket queues are on the phone and ignoring the checkout attendant, who is often simply asking for payment.

I hate it when people do half a job then disappear leaving it for some other poor sap to clean up.
I hate the neighbours over abundance of cats that lounge around in our yard.

Stupid people. People that have no common sense at all. They annoy me a great deal. I need a cattle prod to keep these annoying people out of my way. They are like cattle grazing in the stores, they know you are there but yet they won't move over to let you through until you say something. They stand there like cattle chew cud waiting for the slaughter house.
